CAMP EXPERIENCE:
•Quality coaching staff, including current Eagle Women’s Basketball players
•An emphasis on the fundamentals of basketball in an enriching environment.
•Activities include drills in shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, as well as game competition.
•Games will also be played, teaching teamwork at cooperation with the chances to win prizes.
•Each participant will receive a camp t-shirt, tickets to a 2012-2013 Eagle Women’s Basketball game, and an exclusive opportunity to be ball girl or boy for the team during the Lady Eagles 2012-2013 season.

8:00 am Morning Intro & Prize Giveaways
8:05 am Relay Warm-ups
8:30 am Stationary Ball-Handling Drills
8:40 am Defense Skillwork
9:00 am Rotation through 6 Skill Stations
(Shooting, Passing, Dribbling, etc)
10:00 am Full-Court Games between Teams
11:00 am Time Drills (Speed, Accuracy, Footwork)
11:30 am Camp Contests
11:50 pm Daily Recaps & Rewards
12:00 pm Dismissal
